Tailgate prep

Guest post written by Babs Neeley

I'm glad that I'm retired now because I have more time to focus on what I'd like, like tailgating this football season. Me and my husband met at college in Florida and have been together ever since so it's really special to us to tailgate and go to games together, even though we live in North Carolina now.

I was getting together our travel arrangements and making sure that our hotel was booked for the game when I reminded my husband to bring his hearing aides along. Last year when we were staying back in Florida with friends I got so tired of his bad hearing that I made him look up hearing centers in Florida and go to one.

But then this summer I got a dose of my own medicine, which I actually did need, when he pointed out that I needed to do the same thing because he didn't want me asking him about everything in the ball games this year because I couldn't hear what was going on. So I bought some Hearing Aids in Cary NC and was glad that I did.

Our team is looking as good as ever this year and I think it's going to be a great season!
