I am the biggest Jeff Gordon fan ever. I am pulling for him to win the Nascar Sprint Cup. But sadly, no one else in my family is into Nascar like I am. In fact, even my friends don't understand. I have been watching Nascar satellite TV programming all by myself. There is no way that I am inviting anyone else over. Typically, they just make jokes and they don't get how the races work at all. And so, I love spending the afternoon alone, hanging out with all of my Jeff Gordon memorabilia everywhere, enjoying every minute of the race.
Watching the collisions is probably the hardest part. It seems like the crash is so bad and you just think there is no way that anyone can walk away from it, but sure enough, someone gets out of the car and heads over to the pits without so much as a scratch. I don't ever think I would want the experience of riding on the track in a race car. I would much rather be a huge Jeff Gordon fan in the comfort of my own living room.
