Purdue at Northwestern open thread

I'll be watching most of the first half of this game before taking care of some other stuff this afternoon. I don't know if I'll be able to get the game wrap up by the end of the night, but I'll try. Today is the day we find out if the rest of the season is worth watching.

Comments are open.

Painter actually led a scoring drive. Things are going well, for now.

That was an awesome 2nd quarter...

24 points given up to NW? Pathetic.

I think we got our answer.

This team is awful, come out flat at half time once again. Can't tackle the running back once again.

Half the plays we run are screens it seems, and go nowhere, yet the other team can run them for 15 yards or more each time. How many 3rd and longs were we going to let the guy run past the first down marker and then miss a few tackles.

Yet the announcers discuss Brock Spack "staying for awhile." If thats the case, we are not going to get any better.

The biggest problem is it seems Tiller just doesn't have that mentality that he had before as a coach, and hearing the comments from the announcers the focus is all on him fishing and building a new house. Good riddance, Tiller.
